"There are two coaches that live in our subconscious mind. One directs the sport skill department & the other directs the emotions & thoughts. If one doesn't show up for the game or competition, then it's next to impossible to participate in high level sports performance or the practice of excellence."... Elizabeth Bohorquez, RN, C.Ht
This audio is designed for the individual participating in the sport of wrestling. Through specific imagery the tools & techniques of the winning the mind game are applied to wrestling. These include focus, concentration, emotional & thought management, as well as programming the subconscious mind for high level performance in this particular sport.
