"No one should have to argue to get a child or teen to exercise. It should be an enjoyable part of their life & one that they truly want to do. Allowing & even encouraging a child to stay undisciplined in this most vital part of lifestyle behavior is agreeing to a future filled with poor health & unhappiness.".......Elizabeth Bohorquez, RN, C.Ht
This audio is designed for the child needing to improve his/her level of exercise. Through specific imagery the child observes the relationship between healthy exercise levels, parts of the body & outcomes. He sees how the exercise & body movement affect the body parts, allowing those parts to do many things that body parts not having the benefit of exercise can't achieve. On the inner movie screen the child can enjoy watching his/her behaviors change & can then enter the "scene" & become a part of the production. The child can observe movies of the future where a sound exercise program has very different outcomes from one lacking in exercise.....in school work, sports, working & adult health & performance. The audio is interactive thereby allowing the child to work on his/her specific needs with the guidance of the parent. The child learns mindbody communication skills including mental biofeedback, body scanning, thought & emotional management through imagery.
